Who can apply

• Currently enrolled BSc/BEng, MSc, or PhD students who will remain enrolled through 2026. Individuals or teams (up to 3).

What to submit

• Register online at the website and submit a short abstract (using the provided template). Designs may use ScAlN or PZT on Si, and can be either cantilever or membrane types. You can find more details in the attached materials.

Key dates

• Submission window: Sep 19 – Nov 30, 2025
• Abstract review starts: Dec 1, 2025
• Finalist pre-notification: from Jan 12, 2026
• Winners announced: during IEEE MEMS 2026 (Jan 25–29, 2026)
