This version of the course map was developed in year 113 and applies to new students from 114 academic year.
碩士班：除必修科目外，應至少於本所課程地圖中任意選修三門。
Master class: In addition to compulsory subjects, students should complete at least three electives from the course map.
博士班：除必修科目外，須再從課程地圖中，任意選修二門課程，作為基本學科測驗科目。此二門課程通過之成績標準皆需為A。
Doctoral class: In addition to compulsory subjects, students should complete at least two electives from the course map as basic study exam. Minimum 85 grading points (equivalent to A) of these two courses are required.
提醒：自103學年度起，請使用課程地圖選修相關課程。

2. 本課程非每年開課，但至少2年一次。(Course is not scheduled every year. However, the course is held at least once every other year.)
3. 尚未取得奈微米元件量測實驗者，得以修習「NEMS5150 應用於微機電系統之半導體製程與元件量測實作」為畢業必修學分。(For those who haven’t completed Measurements of Nano and Micro Devices, it’s acceptable to take “NEMS5150 Semiconductor process and device characterization for MEMS” to meet the minimum credits requirements.
