2. Micro & Nano Technology (3 credits)

3. Semiconductor process and device characterization for MEMS (3 credits)

4. Thesis (0 credit)

※For those who haven’t completed Measurements of Nano and Micro Devices, it’s acceptable to take “NEMS5150 Semiconductor process and device characterization for MEMS” to meet the minimum credits requirements.
