2024奈微所碩士班畢業袍服團體借用登記注意事項:

INEMS 2024 summer graduation gown renting for Master students

1. 借用人須於 3/4 至 3/15  23:59 以前至校務資訊系統/袍服借用申請/ 團體借用(碩、學士)，登記借用 。

2. 登記借用之後，請於 3/18~3/22至所辦繳費(每人新台幣200)。

3. 領用時間為4/17下午13:30之後。

4. 畢業袍歸還時間為6/17至7/15。歸還時請直接送至水木洗衣部(請帶學生證)。

1. Register your graduation gown in your Academic Information Systems from 3/4 to 3/15. Group renting is only for master students.

2. Pay the cleaning fee (NT:200 dollars) at INEMS institute office (Engineering building I R310)from 3/18 to 3/22.

3. Collect your gown after 4/17 pm 13:30.

4. Return the rented gown directly to the laundry department(the 1st floor of the Shui Mu Student Center from 6/17 to 7/15(Please carry the student ID with you).

博士班及需提前/延後借用者，請依規定自行辦理個別借用。

For PhD students (and also the master student who's graduation is taken in advance).:

PhD students need to rent the gown individually.

1. For individual renting process, register your graduation gown in your Academic Information Systems. And download the application form and payment note.

2. Bring the application form, payment note and copy of your bank book to (cleaning fee (NT:700 for PhD, NT:200 for master) and the Bond(NT:6000 for PhD, NT:2000 for master))  1.Division of Property Management and 2.Division of cashier. 

3. Make appointment to collect the gown with Division of Property Management.

4. Return the rented gown directly to the laundry department(the 1st floor of the Shui Mu Student Center) from 6/15 to 7/15. And then the Division of cashier will transfer back your bond.
