Title: Challenge and Prospect of Label free Impedimetric Biosensors for Point-of-care Diagnostic.

Abstract

生物蛋白質晶片檢測技術

利用微機電製程技術製作之微元件(MEMS),除了具有輕薄短小(small size)之優點外,其頻率響應高(high frequency response)、空間解析度佳(high spatial resolution)等特性,使其應用範圍更廣,且其具有平行陣列化(multi-array)之潛能,使得在單一晶片上完成多項檢測及分析工作之目標得以達成,而達到所謂晶片實驗室之目標(Lab-on-a-Chip),並推廣至居家照護(healthcare)等監控系統(monitoring system),達成智慧醫療晶片偵測系統。

本研究室已開發一完整穩定之生醫微流體晶片(Bio-microfluidic chip)製程平台,可以提供低成本(low cost)且快速(fast)的製作各式玻璃(glass)或塑膠機材(plastic materials)之微流體晶片。本計畫已開發可拋棄式(disposable)的慢性腎臟病生物感測器(kidney disease biosensors),感測尿液中之微量尿白蛋白(albuminuria),以蛋白質免疫分析反映方式進行嫁接,爾後透過電性方式可針對電極訊號輸出計算其趨勢變化,目前研究成果已改善傳統變色試紙無法早期偵測與定量的問題,達到檢測低濃度之慢性腎臟病檢測程度。
