Master class: In addition to compulsory subjects, students should complete at least three electives from the course map.

Doctoral class: In addition to compulsory subjects, students should complete at least two electives from the course map as basic study exam. Minimum 85 grading points (equivalent to A) of these two courses are required.

3. For those who haven’t completed Measurements of Nano and Micro Devices, it’s acceptable to take “NEMS5150 Semiconductor process and device characterization for MEMS” to meet the minimum credits requirements.
