The world is facing various severe challenges to human beings and ecology. The spirit of sustainability has gradually developed from a concept to a concrete action, and has become a challenge that every field and society must face. How to lead young people to face this challenge is urgent. The 2024 Global Young Researcher Summer Camp for future sustainable research, is jointly organized by the Institute of Nanoengineering and Microsystems at National Tsinghua University, College of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, and the Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Nanomedicine at the National Health Research Institutes. Based on the spirit of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), graduate students from leading universities around the world will jointly propose innovative and sustainable solutions through global youth discussions, which may be realized in the future. The three-day event based on the group competition tests students‘ imagination, as well as language, culture, communication, and integration skills. The event will be held at National Tsinghua University from 7/29-7/31, 2024. Students from the University of Tokyo, National Tsing Hua University and from the United States, Europe, Asia and other regions, are invited to participate in this event. The field of students spans science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, electricity, and information. We sincerely invite students to join this exciting event and look forward to seeing the sparks generated by the young talents.
