The following information is the procedure of graduation.

1. Oral Defense Notification: attached word file (master).

※ In order to apply fee, please submit the notification to the institute office three days ago before oral defense.

2.Oral Defense Apply: Please apply in the acadamic information systems.

※ Please apply online two weeks ago then waiting for approved by institute office.

3. Certificate of Appointment: Please print out in the acadamic information systems.

4. Verification form, recommendation letter and  evaluation form: Please print out in the acadamic information systems.

5. Please turn in the copies of verification form and recommendation letter, and the original evaluation form to the institute office after oral defense.
