 Smart manufacturing experience and application

Abstract

Industry 4.0 gradually change the factory, and bring out different eco-system.

How do we find the way of small company, and for the next generation, what should we do? In the domain of metal machining and automation, we will share the experience of small and median enterprise.

In recent years, smart manufacturing has become a well-known knowledge in the industry, and the trend of factory dataization and intelligent management is unstoppable. However, looking at manufacturing and global factories, there are very few that have really evolved to 4.0. How to make the factory achieve the production benefits of smart manufacturing in a simple and low-cost way is the most important issue for every enterprise. How to integrate the production report, production data and dispatch management information in the production management process, and let the independent information be connected in series to solve the problem that the information cannot be docked in the closed system environment, and then improve the production efficiency. Expect to introduce the top challenge of smart manufacturers. The latest industrial cloud integration solution can obtain the necessary manufacturing data through the controller link, so that you can obtain the most critical and accurate environment and parameter setting data at a reasonable cost, thus improving the manufacturing process management process.
