After 107 academic year, the compulsory course of iNEMS. (Master and PhD)

1. Seminar (at least 2 credits、iNEMS-specific),

2. Micro & Nano Technology 

3.  Measurements of nano and micro devices

4. Thesis

※For those who haven’t completed Multidisciplinary Theory for Nano/Micro-Applications, it’s acceptable to take “NEMS5100 Micro & Nano Technology” to meet the minimum credits requirements.
