NTHU Micro Sensors and Actuators Technology Consortium (mSAT) was granted MOST Outstanding Performance Award. mSAT is run by NTHU PME/iMEMS faculty with more than 30 industry members ranging from MEMS design houses, foundry, testing, and packaging houses.
