Notice: 2017 graduation gown renting!!!

105學年度奈微所碩士班畢業袍服團體借用登記注意事項:

Notice: INEMS 2017 graduation gown renting

 

  1. 借用人須於 3/20( 一 )至 4/14(五)  23:59 以前至校務資訊系統/袍服借用申請/ 團體借用(碩、學士)，登記借用 。

  2. 登記借用之後，請於4/17(一)~4/19(三)至所辦繳費(每人新台幣160)。

  3. 領用時間為5/3下午14:00之後。

  4. 畢業袍歸還時間為6/4(日)至7/3(一)。歸還時請直接送至水木洗衣部。

 

  1. Register your graduation gown in your Academic Information Systems from 3/20(Mon) to 4/14(Mon).

  2. Pay the cleaning fee (NT:160 dollars) at INEMS institute office (Engineering building I R310) from 4/17(Mon) to 4/19(Wed).

  3. Collect your gown after 5/3 pm 14:00.

  4. Return the rented gown directly to the laundry department(the 1st floor of the Shui Mu Student Center) from 6/4(Sun) to 7/3(Mon).

 

博士班及需提前/延後借用者，請依規定自行辦理個別借用。

For PhD student and master student who's graduation is taken in advance or delayed, please rent the gown with division of property management by youself.
